THE VACUA's main unit adheres to the wall by vacuum and self-propels, and a support unit is installed on the ground. The main unit is equipped with two suction disks and moves like a land-loop adhering to the wall while both disks are always kept in vacuum. The support unit consists of a Roots type vacuum pump unit, a bag filter unit, an electronic control unit and a pneumatic control unit. At the surface cleaning work, the suction disks rub the surface firmly and efficiently remove. THE VACUA is remotely controlled by an operator on the ground.

1 The suction disks have three functions which work at the same time such as the adhering function, the rubbing function and the vacuum cleaning function.
2 The dirt on the surface is powerfully absorbed and collected by the high-speed air flow which is absorbed into the suction disks of the main unit.
3 It can work adsorbing and self-propelling on the processing surface of any material, for example steel plate, stainless steel plate, concrete, glass, plastic and tile.
4 It is possible to use on the wall, ceiling surface and floor surface.
5 Because are equipped with the simple self-propelled mechanism which used the air cylinders, it is small, light-weight and the maintain-ability is excellent.
6 The two suction disks are connected by the universal couplings, it can adhere to and travel on the surfaces with small curvature.
